The beach is directly accessible from the residence through a secure double gate. An outdoor shower is also available. Here, you can walk everywhere. The beach, restaurants, beach clubs, local mini markets, pharmacy and bakery are all just a few minutes away on foot. It’s the perfect base to explore Saint Martin without a car, and to enjoy island life at your own pace, with the Caribbean breeze guiding your steps. From the residence, you can walk either along the beach or via the street — both options lead straight into the heart of Grand Case. To park your vehicle, you can use the free street parking just outside, or choose the secured private car park directly across the road, available for €10 per day with guaranteed space. There is no dedicated parking space for the suite, but you can usually find a spot easily in the street right in front of the residence. For extra peace of mind, a secured parking lot is located just across the street – it costs €10 per day and guarantees you a reserved space. 🔹 Please note: there is no kitchen in the suite. However, each bedroom is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle for drinks and light snacks. But honestly, cooking won’t be missed – all the best restaurants, beach clubs, and bakeries in Grand Case are just a short walk away.
