The Belvédère residence in Cul-de-Sac offers an ideal location in a modern and secure community. Just 5 minutes from Grand Case, the island’s gourmet capital, and close to the beaches of Anse Marcel and Orient Bay. The dock for Pinel Island is only 2 minutes away. Within 5 minutes you’ll also reach Hope Estate with a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and many restaurants. Renting a car is recommended to move around easily and explore the different areas, beaches, and attractions of Saint Martin. A parking space is available directly in front of the secured residence.
